2012 May Day Rally

On May 1, USGE members along with their brothers and sisters attending the PSAC convention, took time out from the business of Convention to take over downtown Ottawa. The May Day Rally was in full swing, at the corner of Elgin and Wellington streets, just below Parliament Hill. USGE members came in from Quebec and the Kingston areas to join in this very important event.

We can only hope that our message was heard loud and clear: Cuts to our jobs mean cuts to all services that Canadians have come to rely on.
