May Day Rally on the Hill!
Remember this scene in 1991 when the Government of the day refused to pay Equal Pay for Work of Equal Value? Well, this May 1st we want to fill the Hill again!
This current government is not just gutting jobs in the federal public service; it is gutting services to Canadians on a scale that we have never seen before. Instead of supporting Canadians in these tough economic times, the Harper Government is using its majority in the House to destroy the fabric of our nation and the security of our communities. We cannot let that happen.
Bring your friends and family and join us on May 1st to protest the Conservative Government budget cuts. This is our Canada and we deserve a say into how it is run!
