Important information for USGE CSC members at Local 00039, Joyceville

On Thursday, September 2, 2010, a legal notice was published in the Ottawa Citizen (p. A2). This notice is of interest to USGE CSC members that worked at the Institution and were listed on an Employee Listing that was found in possession of inmates during the period of August 2003 to December 2003 inclusive.

We would ask those members to read the attached file that outlines your rights and eligibility. As well, we would ask that those members contact the Solicitors named in the file for any additional information.
